ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., March 26, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per common share. The dividend will be payable on April 15, 2014 to shareholders of record as of April 8, 2014. Future declarations of quarterly dividends will be subject to the approval of the Board and may be adjusted as business needs or market conditions change.

Tom Broughton, President and CEO, commented, "We are pleased to pay a quarterly cash dividend to our shareholders who have played a large role in the success of the Bank over the past eight years."
