Irma Loya Tuder

Ms. Tuder has served as a director of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (the 'Company') and ServisFirst Bank (the 'Bank') since October 2018. She has served on the ServisFirst Bank Huntsville Board of Directors since 2009. Mrs. Tuder is the founder, former CEO, and Board Chairperson of Analytical Services, Inc. (ASI), a nationally recognized business providing management and technical solutions to federal government agencies. In 2007, Tuder successfully led the acquisition of ASI by Arctic Slope Regional Corporation Federal Holding Company (ASRC Federal) as a wholly-owned subsidiary. Mrs. Tuder earned her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Notre Dame and a MBA from Troy State University in Montgomery. She is a Certified Public Accountant and has completed the Minority Business Executive program at Dartmouth College and the Huntsville/Madison County and the State of Alabama Leadership Programs.

Mr. Cashio has served as a director of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (the "Company") since 2007 and as a director of ServisFirst Bank (the "Bank") since inception of the Bank in May 2005. Mr. Cashio serves as CEO of TASSCO, LLC and served as the CEO of Tricon Metals & Services, Inc. from 2000 until its sale in October 2008, and had served in various other positions with Tricon Metals & Services, Inc. prior to 2000. Mr. Cashio received a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in 1979.

Mr. Fuller has served as a director of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (the 'Company') since 2007 and as a director of ServisFirst Bank (the 'Bank') since inception of the Bank in May 2005. For over twenty years, Mr. Fuller has been a private investor in real estate investments. Prior to that time, Mr. Fuller played professional football for nine years. Mr. Fuller received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Auburn University in 1976 and received a Master of Business Administration from San Diego National University in 1979. Mr. Fuller served as President of Double Oak Water Reclamation, a private collection and wastewater treatment facility in Shelby County, Alabama from 1998 to 2018.

Hatton C.V. Smith

Mr. Smith has served as a director of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) since 2007 and as a director of ServisFirst Bank (the “Bank”) since inception of the Bank in May 2005. Mr. Smith spent 46 years with Royal Cup Coffee, 20 of them in which he served as the CEO. He now serves as the CEO of Back Forty Beer Company. Mr. Smith received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Washington & Lee University in 1973. He is an Investor in PCD Development and Chaiman of the UAB Athletic Foundation.

Mr. Mettler has served as a director of ServisFirst Bancshares, Inc. (the 'Company') and ServisFirst Bank (the 'Bank') since October 2019. He has served on the ServisFirst Bank South Carolina Board of Directors since 2017. Mr. Mettler is the founder and president of Sovereign Co., a business that leverages proprietary marketing attribution and artificial intelligence technology (Pebble) to systematically measure thousands of simultaneous marketing messages to display the most relevant products for consumers. Previously, he founded two marketing and financial technology businesses, CompareCards and SnapCap, both of which were acquired in two separate transactions by LendingTree. Mr. Mettler is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds an MBA in Business Strategy from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
